Policies & Procedures
Payments will be made prior to your scheduled coaching session. Payments can be made through PayPal, credit card or check. If an alternate method of payment is necessary please contact me so that we can discuss it.
Changes & Cancellations
Please arrive (either in person, by Skype or phone) on time for your scheduled appointment. Sessions starting late may need to be ended at the scheduled time in consideration of those with appointments with your Coach following your session. Sessions will be forfeited after a 10 minute wait period with no refund. There is a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. Emergencies are of course taken into consideration.
In between session calls:
Stuck? Need some encouragement? Need to check in with your Coach? Want to share a win? You can send an email message or call. I will answer your message as soon as possible according to my schedule.
* It is necessary for the client to implement the coaching for it to be a success. You have hired a coach to help you do things differently. If you choose to not use the coaching and keep doing what you have always done, you will get the results you have always gotten.
